Description
I want this book to empower you to write feedback that parents will want to read. And you’ll pick up some tidbits on Chinese culture along the way.
After covering the principles I use to write useful feedback, I show you samples of how I word feedback in specific situations. I hope that this info will help you find your own unique voice and leave feedback that is useful, realistic, and inspiring. When you deliver an AMAZING experience both in the classroom and in the feedback box, parents tend to reciprocate with rave reviews.
I also have an Expanded Edition of this book, available here!

This book is great in helping me figure out what/how I need to give deeper feedback to my regulars. I was having some issues with a few regulars that went beyond basic pronunciation. This book gave me some insight on how we can address those problems. This is exactly the help I needed! Thank you!

This is a great starting place to help leave meaningful feedback. The book is written in a way that it feels like you’re speaking with a friend. It’s quick, easy read with examples of different ways to word feedback for various situations. Definitely worth it!

As a new Teacher I can’t speak for how it has helped with bookings but I definitely feel I have a “leg up” on the best way to write feedback and know what parents expect! Absolutely worth it 100%.

As soon as I finished reading “Loud and Clear”, I used the coupon code that was provided to upgrade to the Expanded Edition (for a $10.00 credit toward the purchase). I also went ahead and purchased “Above and Beyond” at the same time (to receive a 10% discount). I’m quickly reading both of those right now, but will wait to review them after I’ve had a chance to hopefully experience some results through parent feedback. I’ve already seen results in how I’m approaching lessons and how I left feedback for my two classes this morning. It was definitely eye-opening and I feel that reading “Loud and Clear” has made me a better teacher already. I’m looking forward to completing the other two books, rereading them all, practicing it, and integrating the principles into what I do. I will say that I originally ordered an eBook, but struggled to download it properly, so asked for a PDF (which was sent promptly). Ed said that a lot of teachers prefer that format and leave it open on their computers to refer to as they are writing their feedback. I think this is probably a good idea and I just went ahead and ordered the next two books in the PDF format. Before ordering, I couldn’t imagine what information he would share that would be so helpful, but it was definitely worth the investment! Considering that it cost what I make by teaching one class, I suspect it will pay for itself many times over. Most importantly, I already feel like I’m a better teacher. Thanks, Ed!

This book gave some very clear and a new perspective of giving advice. I was amazed at how much extra I added where it was not needed. Thank you.
